                           SUPPORT INFORMATION



1.  Who to call for support

If you have any questions of a support nature, your contact is FSD Technical 
Support at 303-229-4000.  Use this number to report problems, bugs, etc.  
Identify yourself to the support person as an Alpha Site participant so that
Technical Support can verify that you are the contact for your division.



2.  How to report a defect

Report possible defects by calling Technical Support at the above phone
number.  Please provide enough information to duplicate the problem (i.e.
a small program or list of commands that causes the unexpected behavior).
Be sure to indicate the release version.  

To identify the version of BASIC 5.0 that you are working with, press the 
RESET key.  The version number is the date following the BASIC Reset message.  
During the testing period, BASIC, HFS and CSUBS will always be shipped together,
so the version numbers for HFS and CSUBS will match that of BASIC.

To identify the version of Pascal 3.2, use the Version command from the 
command interpreter.  The version will be of the form 3.2x where x is
a single letter.  

If you have access to a DTS system, you may submit your bugs directly to 
Pascal3.2 for Pascal bugs.  You may also mail your defect report to Technical 
Support at FSD.

We will include a report of known and resolved defects with each software
release.
